Pancakes and More!

Hello everyone! Today for breakfast I made pancakes! I really love them! Ｏ(≧▽≦)Ｏ

I use Wiz pancakes mix for make them, 'cause when I tried to make all by myself they came.. a bit hideous!

I always make a lot of lumps and this time I used the whip to improve a bit 'the mixture! And.. ta-daaah! This is the result with the maple syrup! Yummy!

Today or maybe tomorrow, I want to make Curry using this Sauce mix I found in Venice last month!

I bought all the ingredients and I'll try to make it following the Ochikeron recipe *here*

Insalatone!

Dopo un pomeriggio in giro in centro (il primo giorno di libertà dopo 3 settimane di clausura) io e mia sorella decidiamo di mangiarci un panino in un locale chiamato Merendero. Manco a dirlo, non ci hanno fatto sedere neanche fuori perchè avevamo il cane.. Poco male per noi, ma di certo hanno perso dei clienti.. Decidiamo così di andare al locale vicino La vita è bella, famoso per le insalatone!

Visto che meraviglia?? È enorme!!

È devo dire era buonissima! Poi abbiamo mangiato come dessert, io una cheescake alle fragole e mia sorella un tiramisù, anche quello alle fragole! Purtroppo me la sono pappata prima di fotografarla.. Posso solo dirvi che era fatta in casa e assolutamente deliziosa! Se capitate in zona ve la consiglio!
